Registration for our Fall Recreational program begins Saturday, July 5th!
Classes are organized by age to ensure the best experience for every dancer.
At Caledonia Studio of Dance, we take great care in placing dancers in age-appropriate classes to support their development, growth, and confidence. For the 2025–2026 season, dancers must meet the minimum age requirement by December 31, 2025 in order to register for a particular age group. If your child does not meet the age minimum by this date, they will remain in the younger age bracket for this season.
Why we do this:
Our age policy is rooted in child development and our commitment to excellence in dance education. Younger dancers are still building critical gross motor skills, body awareness, focus, and confidence, and our curriculum is designed to match each stage of growth. Placing children in classes that align with their physical and emotional readiness sets them up for success, minimizes frustration, and maximizes fun.
By keeping our age groupings consistent and developmentally appropriate, we’re able to:
Provide thoughtful progressions that build year after year
Ensure that every dancer feels successful, supported, and confident
Create a positive class dynamic where children learn and thrive together
Reduce the risk of injury by matching movement to readiness

Recreational Program
Caledonia Studio of Dance offers a large Recreational Program from ages 2 years and up! We offer Rec classes almost everyday so its easy to find a class that fits your schedule! And with our affordable rates and family discounts, you cannot beat our price!
Our Dance Season runs for 9 months from September-May, and all of our students perform in our Year End recital in June! Holidays run the same as school, with two weeks off at Christmas. and one for March break.

$45 registration fee per family (includes a video of the Recital)
30 minute classes- $468 for the year or 9 equal payments of $52
45 minute classes- $495 for the year or 9 equal payments of $55
Monthly payments are due on the first of every month, September-May
